I’ve been speaking to so many of you who have goals to launch education, or you've already started, but you are sitting completely fucking overwhelmed with the tech, the platforms, the giant launch strategy…
…thinking “I have to make this course with everything I've ever learned about my craft. It has to be for beginners, and it has to get them all the way up to an advanced level. You're worrying about the wrong thing, love.
And you will never, ever get it done because it's so overwhelming.
I know this because I thought my only route was to write my own manual, which took me 4 years, by the way, because I was so scared of getting it wrong, and obsessively putting everything I possibly could, into it.
And for those who’ve already started, you're spending so much time writing these manuals, exactly as I did, to then get your insurance, get your certification, and then go,
“Oh, I'm just going to put it out in the world,” but then you get nothing.
Maybe a couple of students come through, but otherwise? Crickets.
Then you're really really disheartened – I’m speaking from personal experience as well:
You put your blood, sweat and tears for years into this also while trying to balance behind the chair client work and maybe being a parent or, taking care of family…and it feels discouraging to see that you did all of that for crickets.
Let me tell you now – before you take 1 more step (whether you’ve already done something or you haven’t started and it’s all just a lightbulb in your brain at this point):
You do not need to do any of that.
Period.
You just need to get shit done.
You need to find your MVP course, the one thing to get your students into your world and getting results from you, so you can validate your idea – and get paid to do it.
Please do not be fucking about, writing 12 months of manuals, curriculum and social media content.
