TERMS OF SERVICE

----

Terms of Participation

Please read carefully. By purchasing or accessing any program, course, membership, or service (collectively referred to as the “Program”), the following Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) are entered into by Maddi Cook Coaching Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) and You (“Client” or “You”), and You agree to the following terms stated herein. The Company and You may be referred to collectively as “Parties” in this Agreement.

Program/Service

The Company agrees to provide access to the Program as outlined on the applicable sales page or registration form, which may include digital or downloadable resources, online courses, group or one-to-one coaching, workshops, trainings, private forums operated by the Company, or other related services.

By participating in any Program, you agree to be bound by and abide by all policies and procedures set out in this Agreement, including those incorporated by reference.

The Company may update, revise, or remove elements of the Program from time to time in order to maintain quality and relevance.

Lifetime Access

When we say “lifetime access”, this refers to access to Program materials for the lifetime of that Program, not the lifetime of the purchaser. This means that as long as the Program is available and we continue to host it on our chosen platform, you will retain access to the core materials.

We reserve the right to update, revise, or remove parts of the Program from time to time in order to maintain quality and relevance. In the unlikely event that we discontinue the Program entirely, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., 30 days) so that you may download or otherwise retain copies of any materials made available for personal use, where downloading is permitted.

Lifetime access does not guarantee:

Access to live coaching calls, private groups, or bonus resources, which may be time-limited.

Free access to future updates, additional modules, or new programs we may release beyond the original scope of your purchase.

Your access is for personal, non-transferable use only, subject to our full Terms and Conditions.

Participants

Our Programs are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. Some of the content may not be appropriate for children. The Company hereby disclaims all liability for use by individuals under the age of 18.

Programs are designed for business owners, entrepreneurs, or individuals looking to implement the skills and strategies taught into their own businesses or careers.

Employees may be entitled to join a Program with express permission from the Company given to their employer prior to enrolment.

Company Terms

The Company’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer are hereby incorporated by reference into this agreement. Except as modified by this Agreement, each of those agreements and policies shall apply fully to your participation in any Program.

Fees & Payments

In consideration of Your access to the Program, you agree to pay the fees specified at the time of purchase.

You may be offered the choice between a one-off payment or a payment plan. If you choose a payment plan, you remain responsible for all payments unless you obtain a refund according to the Program’s Refund Policy. You may not cancel or avoid payments except through the Refund Policy. In the event that any payment is not made, the Company may suspend your access to the Program and any associated bonuses.

By providing your payment details, you authorise the Company to charge your card automatically for all agreed payments without further notice.

Outstanding payments may be pursued to the full extent of the law, including but not limited to engaging debt collection agencies or pursuing action in court.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise expressly stated in the specific Program terms and conditions, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.

As our Programs contain digital products and downloadable materials, once access is granted you waive any right to cancellation or refund under consumer law exemptions relating to digital content.

Where a particular Program includes a stated money-back guarantee or refund window, the terms of that guarantee will apply only to that Program. Outside of any explicitly stated guarantee, refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind or “buyer’s remorse”

Failure to participate, complete, or access the Program

Dissatisfaction with subjective aspects of the Program (such as style of teaching or presentation)

Chargebacks will not be tolerated and may result in legal and/or administrative action, including additional fees.

Intellectual Property & License

All Program materials are the property of the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only. This means you may view, download, and use one copy of Program materials for your own business or personal learning.

You may not:

Republish, reproduce, resell, or distribute Program materials to third parties.

Share login details or access with anyone else.

Use Program materials to create derivative products for sale.

Any unauthorised use will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may be pursued legally.

Community Guidelines

Where a Program includes a group, community, or forum, you agree to:

Treat all participants with respect.

Not pitch, promote, or sell your own products/services within Company-operated spaces.

Keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared by other participants.

Refrain from unlawful, discriminatory, or harmful behaviour.

The Company reserves the right to remove you from any community space for breach of these guidelines, without refund.

Your success depends on your own effort, skills, resources, and circumstances. The Company makes no guarantees of specific results or earnings. Examples provided are for illustrative purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, and shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in any Program.

By participating in a Program, you agree that the Company is not responsible for your outcomes, financial gains or losses, or any other results of your participation.

You should not rely on any revenue, sales, or results examples as promises of what you will achieve. Instead, you accept that your results will vary and are outside the control of the Company.
